Repeat Prescriptionsmedication7

If you are on regular medication you will be given a repeat prescription form to use when you need to request a further supply.

To order repeat medicines you can post requests, request your medication on-line, the easiest way is through the NHS App or you can email at pencesterscripts@nhs.net

Alternatively you can order online with Patient Access via the link at the top of this page. First-time users are required to complete a simple registration and notify the surgery so we can send you the login details.

If you have Covid-19 symptoms we are requesting you do not physically come in. If you cannot email a prescription and need to bring a request in please put the request in the letterbox at the front of the building.

No repeat prescriptions will be taken over the telephone for medico-legal reasons as errors can occur in verbal communications.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
