We would like to get better at communicating with our patients,and like to make sure you can read and understand the information we send you.

If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know.

If you are unable to use a telephone we can arrange a service via email or text messaging.

We would like to know if you need information in braille, large print or easy read. We want to know if you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate.

If you are hard of hearing we can support you to lipread or use a hearing aid or communication tool.

We can now offer remote phone and video consulting if you find it hard to get to the surgery. 

Basically, if there is any additional needs we can help you with please just ask.

The surgery is also accessible on one level and has disabled toilet facilities.
